Excellent Roman Getaway

It WAS my mother's birthday. The staff surprised us with a room upgrade and a lovely birthday cake! She enjoyed the really good service and the care we received. Lamyaa at the front desk checked us in and out. She always was kind, helpful, and had a warm smile. Elisabetta and Gianluca in the restaurant also provided excellent service.
The hotel design, though trendy, was like an attempt to be unique, but it was not particularly original.

The front desk staff was attentive. They provided prompt and helpful assistance upon arrival and throughout my stay. Restaurant staff was efficient, managing orders quickly and accurately. They maintained a friendly and professional demeanour even during peak hours. Housekeeping ensured the rooms were well kept.

i was charmed by my room's clever design and good lighting. The breakfast had many choices and the staff were friendly. The location was nice in a residential area with shops and cafes. The nearby metro station provided easy access to attractions.
i did find the lack of a coffee machine in the room inconvenient. i would like that amenity when i travel.

i found the proximity to the metro useful, allowing quick access to central areas. there was also a supermarket very close by this). the staff members were genuinely friendly, helpful with directions, and knowledgeable about local attractions. the breakfast had great choices.
I did find the room cleaning to be somewhat inconsistent. On a few occasions, used dishes were not removed promptly. also only one towel and one water for two people even after request.

The restaurant featured attentive waitresses and waiters. they offered helpful service. I went for pizza twice and found it delicious. there were also generous servings at dinner and a wide selection at breakfast (especially the pastries!).

The hotel's location near the Cipro metro station was a definite plus. Getting around the city was simple because of that easy access to public transport (I explored so much!).
